The sentencing of James Arthur Ray convicted of negligent homicide in connection with three deaths as a result of a sweat lodge ceremony he conducted in 2009 has again been delayed by legal wrangling. The Prescott Daily Courier. After several delays, presentencing hearings for self-help leader James Arthur Ray have been scheduled for Nov. 8 in Prescott, Ariz. Ray was convicted in June of negligent homicide in the sweat-lodge deaths of three people: Prior Lake resident Liz Neuman.
